As a counsellor, I specialise in supporting NDIS participants, individuals, couples and families on their journey to improved wellbeing.

I can come to you in person (Brisbane only) or we can book an online consultation. We will work together to achieve your goals, whether you are seeking to find closure from trauma, address unresolved issues from your past, overcome grief and loss or build skills to better manage anxiety or depression.
